When you embark on a coaching journey with Wellness & Woo, this is what you can expect:

In the beginning of your coaching journey, you’ll take time to reflect on your current challenges, goals, and areas for personal growth. This will involve writing down your aspirations, identifying any stressors you’re facing, and exploring the reasons you’re seeking coaching. During this process, you’ll gain clarity on your goals, your core desires, and what success truly looks like to you.
You will also receive a distance Reiki session. Before this session, you might engage in meditation or journaling to prepare and deepen your experience. After the session, you’ll take time to reflect on any insights or shifts you’ve experienced. This will support you in cleansing and balancing your energy, releasing any limiting beliefs, and aligning more deeply with your goals and intentions.
2. Goal Setting & Intention Alignment
Once you’ve gained clarity, you’ll work closely with your coach to set specific, actionable goals that reflect your personal, professional, and wellness aspirations. Together, you’ll outline both short-term and long-term objectives that align with your core values and broader vision. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a personalized action plan, designed to ensure that your goals are in harmony with your deeper purpose and long-term aspirations.
3. Weekly Planning & Accountability Calls
Each week, you’ll engage in a 60-minute planning session with your coach. During these calls, you’ll review the progress you’ve made, set new intentions for the upcoming week, and adjust strategies as needed. You’ll also track the achievement of your goals, discuss any challenges or roadblocks you’re facing, and ensure you remain on course. These sessions will provide you with the clarity and motivation needed to stay focused and move forward.
4. Mindfulness & Meditation Practices
As you progress, you’ll begin practicing mindfulness and meditation techniques provided by Wellness & Woo, whether through guided recordings or during your coaching sessions. Each day, you’ll engage in mindfulness exercises, affirmations, and reflective journaling. Over time, these practices will help you build greater emotional awareness, reduce stress, and bring more clarity to your decision-making.
5. Mid-Program Reflection & Adjustments
Around the midway point of your coaching journey, you’ll take time to pause and reflect on the progress you’ve made. You’ll evaluate what’s working well and identify areas that might need adjustments. Based on these reflections, you may decide to tweak your goals or introduce new techniques. This phase ensures that your coaching experience remains relevant, and that you continue moving forward with momentum.
6. Integration of Learnings into Daily Life
As you move forward, you’ll focus on integrating the insights and practices you’ve learned into your everyday life. 8. Ongoing Support & Future Planning
While your formal coaching sessions may come to an end, you’ll have the option to continue receiving support through occasional check-ins, follow-up sessions, or access to new resources that help you maintain your momentum. With the tools and strategies you’ve gained during the program, you’ll feel supported in your ongoing growth and well-equipped to continue achieving your future goals.

Mindfulness and meditation instruction at Wellness & Woo is designed to help you reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and enhance overall well-being. I will guide you through practices tailored to your needs, helping you cultivate inner peace, presence, and clarity of mind.
Reiki therapy is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, balance, and healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Distance reiki sessions are included with coaching packages, but I also provide standalone sessions designed to restore harmony and vitality to your life, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and balanced.
During an energy reading session, I will tune into your energy field to gain insight into your energy patterns, blockages, and potential for growth. Using various modalities, I will offer guidance and clarity to support your journey of self-discovery and personal transformation. A private video recording will be provided for you and you can ask any clarifying questions you desire.
